The neighborhood was a bright spot, with nice bars and restaurants, lots of young people, and a good atmosphere. Breakfast was basic: a little fruit, toast, cereal with milk, and coffee, but no tea. As for the stay, I wouldn't recommend it. Room 1 had no hot water and broken windows. The wife was very unfriendly, though her husband was a little friendlier. It was extremely noisy until 4 in the morning, like people were partying in the room, and neon lights flashed all night in room 1.

The metro at Faria Lima and a supermarket are both nearby, so the location was good. But my room faced a bar that stayed open until the early hours, with loud music and flashing lights. Its shower curtain style window covering let light into the room, which made it hard to sleep.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants around the hostel, near Largo da Batata, so it's a great place to stay if you're sightseeing. If you need quiet at night, though, this probably isn't the hostel for you. The breakfast selection is limited.

For work trips like mine, this is a great place. The layout makes clever use of the space, even turning a bathroom into a room, haha. Breakfast was great, the location is excellent, it felt safe, and the service was great too. All good!

Everything looked brand new and was really beautiful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Great location, a great price, and a 10 out of 10 from me. I recommend it!
