‼️I don’t recommend it. The worst experience I’ve had. Whenever it rains, this apartment seems very prone to power cuts. They last anywhere from 3-4 hours to as long as 11 hours, so you can’t shower, use the internet or charge any devices. Every time the power goes out, all the food and drinks in the fridge spoil and have to be thrown away. It’s constant waste and frustration. The apartment faces a busy street and has very poor sound insulation. If you’re sensitive to noise, buses, motorcycles, trucks and nearby bars can seriously disturb your sleep. Staying here feels incredibly unstable and unsafe. Without a doubt, this was the worst place I’ve ever lived. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it.

There’s no front desk, just WhatsApp messages and a wait for someone to respond. One night the lock ran out of battery, and I waited hours for a reply. They charge a very high management fee but provide almost no service. On rainy days, the power goes out often and for long stretches, even though nearby buildings are unaffected. I was stuck living here for six months, and it was a terrible experience. It’s not worth the price. Being close to the metro is the only advantage, but there are plenty of better places nearby. Poor value, bad service and small rooms.

The worst stay of my life. I booked on the same day as check-in, but when I arrived, receptionist Viviane knew nothing about it. She couldn’t help me send my documents and didn’t even try to find someone who could. I eventually managed to send them myself, but then it took hours for them to send the door code. I never completed my stay and ended up booking another hotel. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ZERO ORGANIZATION.

It’s 2 a.m., and the fire alarm has been going off for more than an hour. Thankfully there’s no fire, but there’s also nobody here to turn off the alarm. The whole building is outside on the sidewalk, exhausted, and no one is dealing with it. Several people say the same thing happened during previous stays. Terrible!
