The view was lovely and the service was good, and the stay was perfect otherwise ❤️ For the price, though, I expected the room to look better. There were dirty walls and holes in the ceiling. They could also stock water in the fridges or provide a water filter instead of a coffee maker that doesn’t even come with sugar packets. A disposable comb in the bathroom would be useful too, as several hotels provide one.

I thought the reception service showed poor judgment. One woman in particular was ineffective at sorting out problems, and made inappropriate remarks about frequent guests to coworkers, where everyone could hear.

I loved the concept. The room felt really cozy, and the sheets were clean and smelled nice.

I went on my own and had a great time. I relaxed in the chromotherapy tub, then drank wine while admiring the city all night. I really recommend it.

The water was only lukewarm, almost cold, in both the shower and the bathtub. There were blood stains on the wall too. This was the worst stay I’ve had in years.
