Junior helped me after I complained twice about my first room, which was awful: cramped and tiny, with no safe, bathroom tiles falling apart, and a phone that didn’t work. I was finally moved to a higher floor, where the new room was gorgeous and everything a hotel room should be. The service was great, and breakfast was quite good, though the options were very limited. It wasn’t a bad stay overall, and the location worked well for my business trip. The hotel could use a bit of an upgrade. Obrigado!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and quiet, with a great view. The pool and garden were great too, and both the gym and breakfast were good. The area was exceptional.

The shower was wonderful, and the room size was fine. The location was great, but housekeeping only comes Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. We arrived on Sunday to a floor that was absolutely filthy. In room 2305, the bathroom sink drain was leaking and left the floor wet.

The leisure area is really good, with a decent gym and a nice sauna. There are several elevators, so waits are short, and the hotel has good parking in the basement. The neighborhood is upscale and the location is good. Rooms are comfortable, the mattress and bedding are good, and the air conditioning works well. Breakfast is reasonable. Overall, it's a good apart hotel.
2/10
The place looks nice, but the noise was awful. We could hear people talking and making noise in the rooms next door, as if the walls were drywall. We won't be back. We booked with breakfast included, then got a 200.00 refund the night before with no explanation. At breakfast we found out they'd canceled it. Parking was also a fortune at 68.00 per night. The next night we left the car at the hotel next door, where it cost 15.00 for the day. No reason to return, definitely.
