Really great.

Getting to the Vila Madalena metro station or terminal takes about 10-15 minutes, and the Supermercado Mambo is the same distance. Drogaria Raia is closer, around a five-minute walk, though there's a steep climb to reach all of them. The building itself is quiet and has a gym, pool, and shared laundry, but that means the condo fee is quite high. There's also a party room that costs extra to use. I always felt safe here and never had trouble with theft.

The duplex lofts have a beautiful view over Alto de Pinheiros. This is simply one of the best places to live in Vila Madalena.
