Pousada Maravista

It's a welcoming, family-like place close to the beach. Guests also have access to a gourmet area with a barbecue, stove, and microwave.

I stayed from 13/01/2025 to 15/01/2025, and booking was easy. The pousada is near the beach, and the shower is good, but my experience was awful. Breakfast was good on Tuesday, 14/01/2025, but not the next day because the bread was from the day before. The double bed mattress and pillow smelled musty, and I asked for a new pillow. The air conditioner was full of dust, so I cleaned it myself, and I had to ask them to clean the dusty walls beside it too. The room itself smelled musty, and on the first day I had to ask for the floor to be cleaned. They didn't replace the towels, and the toilet paper ran out on the day we left with no spare roll available. The TV had very few channels.

Good morning. I stayed from 26/12/24 to 06/01/2025, and it was a horrible experience. The owner was bad-tempered and rude, and wouldn't accept any complaints. The bed linens were changed once during that time, but the towels weren't changed at all. There was slime in the sink, and water wouldn't drain from the shower. I complained on 31/12, but nothing came of it. The staff seemed poorly trained. On 01/01, four employees were absent, maybe on strike, and breakfast was a fiasco. The owner should take a manners course and learn some humility. A hug!

We stayed at Maravista and really liked it. The pousada has good facilities and breakfast was good too. Tatiane especially stood out for her welcome and service. She was attentive, helpful, and so considerate that we thought she was the owner, since she cared so much about our comfort and satisfaction. We'd recommend it and would stay again.
