Jamile was the one bright spot. She was very courteous and tried hard to make up for the owner’s rudeness. The rest of the experience was disastrous and deeply disrespectful. We were a group of 15 staying for two nights, and by the end our weekend was ruined. I raised the issues with the owner, who cut me off with, “You’ve finished your speech,” and said the breakfast was what we deserved for disputing the price. The issue wasn’t the amount itself, but the lack of care and hygiene, the disrespect, and the refusal to own mistakes. I wouldn’t recommend the place or ever return. If you expect basic respect, this isn’t the place. I couldn’t add the videos I took. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. The TV sometimes worked, but it only got Globo and the signal kept dropping. After around 6 p.m. on our first day, the reception closed and there was no night staff. A young man who seemed to do odd jobs was around, but hard to find and unable to make decisions. The website and a notice at the desk said reception was open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. There was no kitchen service, and on Friday we had nowhere to eat or anyone to advise us. On arrival, reception had said we could use the kitchen, but it was unsanitary, had no suitable utensils, and the fridge looked dirty and held partly used items. It was the May 1 holiday, so many places were closed, and the few places delivering said it would take over two hours. We were offered an all-you-can-eat breakfast with a list of items, priced at R$20 per adult and R$10 per child. We paid the inn deposit on April 20, with breakfast to be paid separately at checkout. The day before our trip, April 30, they changed the breakfast price to R$35 per person, saying they’d given us the wrong price. We disagreed but initially accepted the new price. Nobody told us the breakfast hours. On May 2, we got up at 7 a.m. and again found nobody to help us. At 8:35 we learned the owner had just gone out to buy breakfast supplies, and at 9:20 breakfast still hadn’t appeared. I called Ms. Jaciara, who had arranged everything, to complain about the delay, the lack of care, and the owner’s rudeness, and said we would no longer pay the price given the day before. The owner then went back to the original price, but when he returned with the food, he said not to serve a buffet and instead gave us individual plates: one slice of ham, one slice of cheese, one bread roll, two slices of sliced bread, one piece of watermelon, very weak coffee because he didn’t want to use much coffee powder, and cold milk straight from the cartons. That was for two people. After we complained, he came to argue and blamed us, saying that because we were paying less, this was the breakfast we were entitled to. While helping with breakfast, the owner blew his nose and went in and out of the kitchen smoking and clearing his nose, with no hygiene around the food. There were no extra sheets or blankets, no wardrobes or towel racks, and the showers were clogged. On Sunday morning, the power went out.

The peaceful setting is lovely, with a wonderful view and nature all around, and it’s a great place to rest. The pool was excellent, room service spotless, and everything was clean and organized. I also liked the sustainable touches, with several things made from recycled materials. A special experience, and one I’d recommend.

What a dump. We booked rooms with single beds, but they only had double beds. The caretaker received us badly and said there were no other rooms made up. The place smelled unbearably musty and had no ventilation. I called Felipe several times, but he never answered. We had to move to another inn. I hope I get the advance payment back.

This inn is a fraud. I booked one night for January 21, 2025, while traveling with my family, a child, and a pet in the car, and paid half in advance by Pix to Felipe Oliveira. When we arrived at night, we couldn’t reach anyone. The place was eerie, surrounded by dense brush, with no front desk, and looked abandoned. Nobody was there to help in person or by phone, and I got no response. We had to find somewhere else to stay that night so we could continue our trip. Worst experience I’ve had.

Horrible. We made a reservation, but nobody received us when we got there. I called the person in charge several times on different numbers and nobody picked up. The place looked like a horror movie, with unfinished rooms that seemed abandoned. I hope I get my money back.
