Lucila made us feel right at home, like friends, and had plenty of suggestions for places to see, eat, and walk around. The guesthouse has several shared lounge areas, a barbecue spot, and a lovely pool. Our room was spacious, with a great view of the park, hills, and central beach, and the bathroom was modern and comfortable. Rooms are private, while the bathroom and common areas are shared. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the center. There’s a steep 150-meter slope on the way, the one drawback, though hills are part of Búzios. At the bottom is the main avenue, where vans pass to take you around. Tartaruga Beach is close too, with its access street just a block away. Nearby shops are handy for small purchases, or you can take a van to Princesa supermarket for more choice and better prices. We felt safe walking around at any time and really enjoyed our stay.

Watching the moon by the pool was something else, and the house itself is beautiful and comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized. Lu, the owner, was wonderful from the time we booked right through to checkout, with great service and lots of tips for outings and places to go. We went on hikes and saw a sunset we’ll remember. So grateful, it was all amazing. We’ll be back for sure, this is our place in Búzios 🙏

We felt like family here, and the hosts were so friendly. The rooms are comfortable, I’d give them an extra plus. There’s a climb of about a block to get there, which is tiring at first but you get used to it by the second time. A grocery store is a block away, with three cans of beer for 10r, plus a butcher shop nearby and a bakery two blocks away. Vans going to all the beaches pass by for 5r. Downtown and the beaches are both within walking distance. Thanks for everything!! ❤️❤️ Good life!!

The garden and pools are great, and there’s a lovely open feel with a beautiful view. The place is very cozy and clean, and the nearby beaches are gorgeous. The host has a special warmth about her. Junior makes a delicious breakfast, with care in every dish, and also prepared tasty sides for the barbecue we had. We’ll definitely return.
