The view is breathtaking. Angra dos Reis feels like paradise, and the place is luxurious. I highly recommend it to foreign tourists spending time in the area.

The staff are kind and helpful, and the views are gorgeous, with sunrises and even thunder outside your window. The rooms are what they are, but the view makes up for them. You’re staying right above the ocean, and there are a lot of stairs, which could be hard for older people.

Pousada das Flores is very cozy and charming, with fantastic service from friendly people. It’s a little piece of paradise, and I’d definitely recommend it to family and friends. I used to spend lots of weekends in Angra dos Reis. Vila Histórica de Mambucaba, in State of Rio de Janeiro, is in the municipality’s 4th district on the state’s west coast. The former district headquarters is now recognized as a historic village. The districts include Parque Mambucaba (Perequê), Praia Vermelha, Residential village of Praia Brava, and Boa Vista. Across the Mambucaba River, near the village, are Mambucaba Residential Village, formerly known as Parada Beach, and Batanguera Beach, now known as Coqueiro or Morrinho. It’s a beautiful paradise. The village is reached via Rodovia Governador Mário Covas, also known as Rio-Santos highway, and it’s 2.3 km from Mambucaba.
