Pousada Jet Club Marine Angra

The best place to look for in Angra dos Reis, hands down! You can stay right inside the marina, park there, and there's all the setup you need for your JET, including a ramp and washing it down. The staff are really well prepared. It's a special, welcoming place. Highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back!

I was welcomed very warmly, and the view is really good. For me, though, it's somewhere to take the speedboat or jet ski from and head out.

Sorriso and Matheus were incredible. They're upbeat, looked after us, and brought such contagious energy. I've never had service that good at another place I've stayed. If it were up to them, I'd come back several times. Unfortunately, my experience with the woman at reception was awful. From the first time I contacted her, she was rude, grumpy, and intolerant. The last thing you want on a trip is to be treated badly at the place you chose to stay, and she did that extremely well. That's why I won't stay there again. The accommodation is simple, and we had some issues with power cuts and cold showers. Those didn't affect me as much as the poor reception service. Given all of it, I can't recommend the place or return. My family, friends, and I all agreed about these points.

After driving seven hours to arrive at the end of the year, we had to go look for somewhere else because they hadn't held our room. They said they'd charged part of the booking, but I hadn't received anything through Booking, and I'd chosen the option with no prepayment. They even wanted to put me in a different room for the same price, although that room was much cheaper on the property's own site. I don't recommend them after being treated with such disregard.
