Loved it. I’ll definitely come back!

I had a really bad experience with noise here. If you're traveling with autistic children or anyone who needs a calm environment, I'd think twice, since the hotel doesn't seem equipped to accommodate sensory sensitivities. The stated quiet hours are 10 p.m., but loud music continues past that, and even after several complaints at reception, nothing was done. The staff's disregard for the hotel's own rules was disappointing, and it felt disrespectful to guests who value peace and quiet. I can't recommend staying here until the hotel takes everyone's well-being seriously, not just the people making noise. They need to improve this urgently.

The location is the one definite plus, and breakfast might be another. The rooms need work: the paint is poor, and the layout is awkward, since getting to the bathroom means shifting the bed one way and the wardrobe the other. There was no usable Wi-Fi, so I had to buy an extra data package from my carrier. The air conditioner was very loud, like it hadn't had preventive maintenance and only gets fixed when something breaks. Worst of all, the bathroom water came out yellow and smelled bad, so I brushed my teeth with bottled water I bought.

I was really disappointed. The bathroom leaked water all over the floor and smelled awful, the room ceiling was moldy, and neither towels nor cleaning were changed or provided. Breakfast felt like everything was leftovers, and dona Sônia was extremely rude. The website photos were completely misleading and nothing like the place. Never again!
