Book ahead, since this is a popular place. It's the best hotel in town, very clean, and the breakfast has lots of delicious food.

The mattress was very thin, and the room had a stale, shut-in smell. I also didn't like having breakfast delivered to the room. We were asked to choose a time, so I booked 7 a.m., but breakfast arrived almost half an hour late. My colleagues and I had to leave on schedule, and one person on our team ended up missing breakfast because of the delay.

The people are what stand out most. Everyone has been polite and attentive, both on the phone and in person. Thanks so much, and congratulations to the team! We keep coming back and use this place as a base for short stays. It covers what we need, and the staff have always helped us with anything we've asked for. We bring our own usual kit, a blanket, sheets, bath and face towels, and a pillow, so we don't miss those things like guests who don't bring their own might. The price feels fair for what's offered: a hot shower, TV, and internet. If you want to buy the apartment, though, you'll probably have complaints, haha! Just kidding.

The staff were very attentive, and they took care of everything we asked for without any trouble. The location is good, and although the rooms are simple, they're really comfortable. It worked well for what we needed.

The staff are the best part of the hotel. The reception team and the women serving breakfast make you feel at home.
