Really good!

I was only passing through town when this place came up on Booking. At first it looked like an ordinary inn, with tidy, clean little rooms. I had no idea it was a motel, and a very bad one at that. What a disappointment. The room clearly needed maintenance. The sheets and towels were stained, the blankets were torn, and there was a strong cigarette smell. I could hear staff talking in the middle of the night, and I slept terribly. There was also a loud fight involving trans people that night. I don't know whether it happened outside or on the property. Internet reception was almost nonexistent, and the Wi-Fi password the staff gave me wouldn't work.

They charged us for a TV remote we hadn't used, saying it was broken. We paid and asked to take the remote with us. Where exactly was it broken? This kind of thing happens a lot at this inn. Not right!

I booked through the site thinking this was a hotel, then found out it was a motel. I'm really disappointed.
