The hotel is in really bad shape and smells strongly of damp. The rooms are poorly equipped and don’t look like the pictures they advertised.

A really nice place, but the showers only had two options, scalding hot or cold.

The staff were great, the rooms were clean, and the location was good.

The place itself is good, but these problems really let it down. The photos are very old and don’t match what it’s like now. Not every room has a minibar, many of the TV remotes don’t work, and the showers have problems too. Several boards around the pool are broken and could cause an accident. The refrigerators don’t work, so they just use electricity without cooling anything. My family booked the Holy Week package and we paid the cooks separately, but we also had to pay for electricity and all the supplies, including toilet paper, detergent, garbage bags, and ice. The refrigerators were in poor condition and didn’t cool. Towels and sheets weren’t changed either. I took a towel from the pool area to dry my grandson, but it was dirty and had been folded in with the towels for use. It’s a shame, because the place is nice, but the setting and appliances need improvement.
