The room was clean, and housekeeping was impeccable. The hotel is lovely, with a lift, TV, air conditioning, and a fantastic shower, haha. The staff were polite and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it!

I arrived at 10 in the morning, before check-in, but they wouldn't let me settle in yet. I had to wait until 2 p.m. even though I'd made a reservation 😑

I come to Lafaiete for work and stay at the hotel about once a month. It's right in the center, and the service is impeccable. The staff are top-notch, and they always make me feel very welcome. I'm grateful to the whole team!

The hotel is clean and the service is good. Just avoid the 4th floor. When they prepare breakfast, it sounds like they're demolishing the hotel.

The staff welcomed me warmly, and breakfast was great. The hotel is near the city's main avenue, with easy access to restaurants and roads out of town.
