Bettos Hotel

Really good.

The breakfast was decent, but getting it meant walking over to the affiliated hotel, which was a hassle even though it wasn't far. The tables there were dirty, and after waiting a long time for someone to clean one, I had to do it myself. The best part of this stay was that I only had to spend one night there. The hotel was very expensive, and the reception service was awful. My son got an electric shock from the shower control. The shower stopped working and smelled burnt. Since there was no room intercom, my husband went to reception to report it. The attendant said they couldn't move us to another room. Our options were to use buckets of hot water, ask someone to let us shower in another room, or move to the affiliated hotel on the next street corner. I'd already seen that place and it looked pretty bad too. The shower started working again, so we used it quickly, scared of getting shocked. Nobody from reception came to ask what we were going to do about the problem. The whole stay was terrible.

Way too expensive, dirty, moldy, and noisy. A terrible place to stay with family.

The room was basic, but the staff treated us well. They accept pets. Nothing to complain about.
