Annecy Pousada

Two weeks before my stay, I was told the pousada Cheverny would close on 04/01, so I couldn't stay there through 06/01 as booked. I had made the reservation through booking on 8/12 for check-in on 31/12. They contacted me on WhatsApp and offered another pousada from the same group for those dates, but first they wanted me to switch the payment to pix, even though booking had set it up for credit card. I chose the original place because the room had a desk and chair, since I need to work for a few days. The replacement room wouldn't have a desk, a chair, or even an armchair. The employee suggested I work from the game room, a public space that could be noisy at any time. This was a shock so close to the trip, and now I have to spend time and money finding somewhere else. I've never been treated so badly by a hotel group.

The rooms and shared spaces felt cozy, with care put into every detail. Our room was spotless, the staff were excellent, and breakfast was simply perfect. We're grateful for the experience and hope to return soon, God willing.

We came to Campos do Jordão for the Christmas decorations this weekend and stayed at the pousada. Everything was perfect. Everyone we dealt with was extremely helpful and polite, which made the place feel even more welcoming. The room and pousada were exceptionally clean, and everything in the accommodation and room seemed new. Breakfast was excellent too. We'll definitely return another time.

The service was wonderful. At reception, Anderson and Andréia were outstanding, and Andréia gave me all the information with real attentiveness. Fabiana and Janaina did a great job with the cleaning, and chef Fernando and Jéssica were very helpful. I recommend this well-regarded pousada.
