The service was awful. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and it was cold during my stay with no thick blanket available. There was no air conditioning either. I needed to leave early, but at checkout I waited from 6:00 until 6:40 for someone to prepare my invoice. Nobody was at the front desk. The reception area is outdoors, with no chair, so I was left standing in the cold waiting for someone to show up. I’ll never put myself through that at this place again. Just disappointing.

We just got back from a stay this weekend. The hotel is now under new management and goes by HOTEL VILA DOS PESCADORES. My wife, our pet Bartolomeu, and I have nothing but praise and thanks. We came back on 30.09.2024 and still stand by what we said about the place.

The staff were great, and breakfast was excellent. My nephew loved the Easter egg! 😊 The location was really convenient, but we had a few room issues. The bed needed maintenance, yet the problem came back afterward, and the bathroom tap had very little water even after we adjusted the valve. With our two-year-old, we also missed having children’s channels for winding down at night. Wi-Fi kept dropping in the 3rd block.
