A hotel of horrors. The bed was broken, and the TV only got SBT. The sheets smelled bad, were stained and had holes. The bathroom was flooded and dirty. There was dust on the ceiling, floor, and everywhere else. From the entrance to the room, it was one big display of filth.

It was a really peaceful weekend. This is a simple, family-friendly place that feels welcoming, and the owner was extremely polite. Everything was clean and well cared for despite the basic setup. It’s also easy to reach from the bus station.

The place was awful in every way. We left because there was no way we could sleep there.

Every meal was excellent, with plenty of options, and the owner (Tiago) was welcoming and listened to our requests. It’s a simple but cozy hotel with great service. I’d definitely stay again.

The room was clean, but very small, poorly ventilated, and uncomfortable, with a flimsy door and an uncomfortable bathroom. We had booked a room for three adults, but found space at another hotel and moved there. When we arrived, everything was closed. I contacted the person in charge, who promptly let a hotel employee know we were waiting at the door. They replied quickly, at least. We were told the hotel is under renovation, so I hope it improves. There’s a lot to do to make the room we were assigned better. The location is good, near the old basilica and the sanctuary.
