Hotel Pousada Dona Ana

We stayed there on December 08, my husband and I with a couple of friends. We were made very welcome. The rooms are simple but really comfortable, and both the air conditioning and TV worked perfectly. Thanks to Francisco and Bruno for the warm reception. We'll stay there again next year. Thanks, Silvana and company.

There was a serious lack of professionalism. I strongly advise people to stay away. The experience was awful, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Better to sleep in your car. Don't even ask for a quote or you'll bitterly regret it. Booking in advance can make things worse: when you arrive, there may be no room available, or they may try to put you somewhere else that wasn't agreed on. It's not worth it.

What a total disappointment and a huge lack of respect. I called 4 days ahead to book for the September 07/09/22 holiday, and we agreed I'd arrive at noon. My husband and I got to the inn, called out and rang them, but got no response. Since we were an hour early, we thought we'd go to the church and come back later. After a while, they sent a message apologizing and saying we couldn't stay there after all, and that we should find somewhere else. The day before, I'd asked if everything was set, and they said it was. I don't recommend them to anyone. It was just me and my husband, imagine if we'd had the kids with us. Be alert and take care.

The inn is simple but has a pleasant feel, and the service is great. They serve a delicious breakfast with everything fresh. The hosts are attentive and always helpful. It's VERY close to santuário nacional de aparecida, on a quiet street, with several shops nearby that made our stay much easier. Thanks to Daniel and Camila for the place and the impeccable care. My family and I really appreciated it. I recommend it, and we'll be back soon 🙏👏
