Hotel Santo Afonso

Breakfast was very good, but dinner was awful and tasted like spoiled food. There weren’t any options for people with celiac disease or lactose intolerance. The receptionists were terrible. I practically had to beg for help. The beds weren’t very comfortable, there were cockroaches in the rooms, and shower water spilled out through the door, so we had to put down a towel every time. We didn’t get any housekeeping either.

We stayed in Aparecida over the weekend of 21/02, and I really liked the hotel. The room was good, the bathroom was very clean, and the shower was lovely. Breakfast was good too, and the location works well. You can walk to cidade do romeiro. Special thanks to the reception staff Cristina and Marta, and to the gentleman there too. They were all very attentive and polite. I recommend it.

The breakfast was wonderful, and lunch was excellent. Dinner was very good too. Everyone made the hotel feel welcoming, from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant cashier, cooks, kitchen team, and waiters. They were all so kind. Congratulations to everyone who helps guests feel welcome and comfortable at hotel santo Afonso. Thank you ❤️

The room was simple but quite new, and breakfast was good. There’s no phone in the rooms, though, so ordering food or medicine becomes a hassle for the delivery driver.
