The reception staff treated us very well. The mattress was hard, though, so we had to push two single beds together to sleep. The air conditioner remote didn’t work, and the bathroom shower enclosure was small. Cleaning was just so-so, and the balcony was quite dirty. There was also a lot of noise on the stairs, with children and teenagers running around close to 10 p.m. We called reception, and they said it would stop after 10.

The reception staff were attentive and very courteous. Our room was a good size and well organized, and the location was great. Breakfast was simple but served in good portions.
