The service was good, and the hotel has good facilities. Its location is handy, right by Cumbuco's main avenue, though a little outside the upscale area. The breakfast selection is limited, the parking lot is tiny, and the terrace has been left neglected. The pool could use a better cleaning.

I really loved my weekend at the hotel on August 23-24, 2025. The location worked well, close to Oficina 23 and its lovely luau, and each room has its own Wi-Fi router, so the connection was very fast. The pool was great, the bed was super comfortable, and breakfast was excellent, especially the cake with lemon sauce. Check-out is late enough to enjoy more of the stay, and the service was lovely, particularly from a very helpful older man who was always ready to assist. My only small complaints were the thin sheet and the shower's low water pressure. Everything else was wonderful, and I'll definitely return!

It's good value for money, but you'll want a car since it's far from the central action in Cumbuco. The room was spacious, well kept, and everything worked properly. Breakfast was satisfactory, and the pool service offered a good range of menu options with background music. The downsides were the small parking area and the room's balcony, which wasn't very useful without chairs. The pool was small and dirty, with a damaged light fixture and exposed wiring touching the pool water. That felt like an accident waiting to happen!
