The food and location were the only things we liked. The chef even made special vegetarian dishes for us, which we appreciated. The rest of the stay was disappointing. We were surprised to have to pay extra for pool towels, which we thought should come with a decent hotel. Checking out was stressful, with long lines and inefficient staff. Our room also faced a noisy construction site, so relaxing was out of the question. For what we paid, we expected much better and wouldn't stay here again.

The beach nearby is beautiful, and the water park was really good. There are good places to eat, both outside and at the hotel. But the security staff at the doors weren't very pleasant. I couldn't get near the place without being questioned, which felt odd and left a bad taste.

There was so much for the kids to do, and the food was lovely. The staff gave amazing service, and the location is wonderful. It's such a beautiful place. I didn't want to leave.

The cuisine was great, tasty, and had plenty of options, though it was really expensive. It's not all-inclusive, and it would be nice if dinner included the drinks served at breakfast. The room could use some repairs: the beds weren't good, and the lighting made it impossible to get it completely dark, whether early in the morning or late at night. Service was really good, but there were quite a few salespeople around, who would probably approach you about joining their vacation club.

The rooms were spacious, everything was neat and well organised, and the staff were friendly. One of the best options in the Aquiraz area.
