The daytime music by the pool is loud enough to carry into the spa, and it made it hard to relax. That’s the main reason we wouldn’t return. The rooms also had very unreliable WiFi, and several things need maintenance or an upgrade, including the shower, pool ladders, and air conditioning. Still, the staff were friendly, helpful, proactive, and efficient, and we thought the food was great. The spa services were decent, and the hotel sits beside an amazing wild beach in a fantastic location.

We really liked this beautiful place. The staff were attentive throughout, especially the maid who came by each night with sweets and a friendly smile. My only suggestion would be to offer more choices on the bar and restaurant menus.

We’ve stayed at plenty of lovely resorts around the world, but this is the one we want to return to. The setting blends in beautifully with the surrounding nature, and the food was so good that I’d recommend at least half board. There are only 35 rooms, which is a real plus for a resort, and the staff, from the manager to the waiters, go out of their way to make you comfortable. The rooms were just okay, though very well maintained. We came back after four years and still have nothing to add, except that this beach is definitely MUCH better than at other hotels of the same brand. Unbeatable.

The food was amazing, the place is beautiful and clean, and everyone on staff was really friendly. It’s the best hotel or resort I’ve stayed at anywhere, even compared with the Maldives and Hawaii. Prices may feel steep if you’re on a tight budget, but to me it was worth every penny.
