The bed really needs improvement, and I didn’t sleep well. For what it costs, the service also felt poor. The hotel is overrated, in my view. I was frustrated by the food: the menu is overpriced and doesn’t match the quality. We ordered burgers for 48 reais apiece, and they tasted microwaved. We had paid for a meal plan with breakfast and dinner, but still ended up ordering food through a delivery app.

The food changes daily, with plenty of variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though drinks are expensive, including water. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom is good, with a handy hair dryer and a wire for hanging wet clothes. Getting straight onto the beach is great, and Beach Park is within walking distance. For the price, it’s a great hotel. We had an amazing stay, with really kind staff and excellent room service.

We stayed at Oceani Beach Park Resort from June 26th to the 28th, 2025, and had no wifi in our room the whole time. It was working when we first got there, then stopped. We contacted the front desk, but they only gave us instructions the next day, and it still didn’t work. A technician came and found the router was broken. They said a replacement would arrive the day after we checked out. Our room also wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we waited 15 minutes. The guest experience and communication were lacking. We contacted the manager whose details a front desk agent gave us, but still haven’t heard back. Update: The resort responded to the review but offered no refund, and gave us no reason to want to return.
