The owners were helpful and got things sorted, and the spacious leisure area was really comfortable. My room was very clean, organized, and had everything I needed. I checked the listing details and found everything as described. One of the best experiences I've had. I liked everything and will definitely come back.

I stayed for a week in the simple suite. It didn't have air conditioning, as the listing clearly said, and while there are more fully equipped rooms, this spacious suite still offered good comfort for a fair price. The place was quiet, too. At first I thought the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I told the owner and she came to the room in less than 15 minutes to explain that it can be set to fan or exhaust. It was blowing air.

The place itself was clean, calm, and organized, and they did wait for us when we arrived very late for check-in. Beyond that, the service was awful. The pool isn't available after 4pm, which is absurd. There was no parking, and it wasn't explained that the car would have to stay outside. The man who helped us was extremely curt and didn't check whether everything was okay. They had 3 days to contact us, but I didn't even check out with them. I had to hand the key to a visitor who was at the door because nobody bothered to come out and handle checkout. After I left a comment and rating on booking, the owners started messaging my private phone number. That's disrespectful and intrusive. Learn from criticism instead of going after customers. You have no right to bother us that way.

My suite, 10 at number 540, caught the morning sun, and by six in the morning the heat was so brutal that nobody could sleep. The photos are misleading. The pool is great, the building is new, and the location is excellent, but when I raised the heat issue, the young woman in charge treated me badly, as if I were lying. Customer service was nonexistent. After complaining a lot, I finally got the owner's number so I could ask for the prepaid daily rate back and find somewhere else. A trained, qualified employee could have sorted this out without so much trouble.
