Mares de Iracema Residence Hotel

Awesome!

Great!

The manager of this place still hasn’t replied to a single message from me, which felt like complete indifference and disinterest in customer service. I don’t recommend staying here, and I won’t return. I expected a peaceful stay in this apartment, but the experience was deeply unpleasant. On the first night I noticed cockroaches, and over time I counted more than 20 in the place. It was very uncomfortable for me and my girlfriend, especially somewhere that should care about guests’ hygiene and well-being. I lasted only a night and a half before it became unbearable. I had to rush to pack my things and change rooms, which was physically and emotionally draining. The insects were only part of it. The disruption and frustration ruined my stay. It was a really disappointing situation, and I hope they take steps so other guests don’t go through the same thing.

Whenever work brings me to Ceará, I stay at Mares, and I’ve never had a problem. It’s a simple place, but very pleasant and well located. Ricardo at reception is always helpful, and the whole team makes you feel at home.
