We were dropped off outside the hotel and wanted to leave our luggage there for 10 minutes while we went to the supermarket next door, before ordering an Uber. They refused to hold it, even for that short time, because we weren’t staying there and wouldn’t be spending a night. I didn’t expect that from such a fancy hotel, though maybe that was the issue.

8/10
The location is excellent, the rooms are big, and the service is good. I did find two major problems. Some parking spaces are outside the hotel and separated from it, so guests have to go through a different, rather inadequate part of the building. Also, some products cost three times their original price, which is totally unacceptable. Even with those issues, I’d suggest visiting.

I’m holding back my comments out of consideration, since the staff moved us to a different room. At least the manager was very nice and offered to move us to a new room.

The restaurant is great, and the location is good, not far from the beach. Parts of the room, including the bathroom, have been restored, but that wasn’t an issue.

The rooms were basic, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The hotel was okay, though I’d give it 3 stars overall.
