10/10
The pool and barbecue area add a lot to the welcoming, fun atmosphere, and there’s both a large, well-kept green space and a covered hall for comfort and protection from the weather. It’s a great spot in Aracaju for events and special celebrations, with nature and a peaceful setting around you. Highly recommend it!

A lovely, spacious venue with great landscaping, suitable for all kinds of events, from birthday parties to weddings.

4/10
The house is spacious, but it needs a lot of repairs. The toilets, sinks, and showers in the bathrooms are cold, and the cleanliness fell short. The kitchen needs more pots with lids, and really, it needs renovating. The furniture and flooring are quite old.

8/10
It’s a very good house for parties and having fun, with pleasant bedrooms and a decent sized pool. The house is spacious, though one bedroom connects to another, and two of them don’t have air conditioning. It could use some repairs.

This house needs a lot of renovation. Since the listing is already three years old, it may have been sold and renovated by now.
