This place has been a nightmare. Stay away from the building, whether you’re thinking of renting or buying. Some units have apparently been empty since construction, for some reason. The condo rules are absurd, the gym has almost nothing in it, the jacuzzi doesn’t work, and the broken children’s play area is closed. Pets aren’t welcome, and the condo fee is high. Even though it’s only a few meters from the beach, the units get extremely hot. Some staff have been indifferent and dismissive. Power cuts aren’t unusual in the neighborhood, so if one happens, be ready to sit in the dark.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half, and the building is always clean and organized. The pool is very clean too. From the doormen up to supervisor Maxsuel, the staff are helpful, polite, and attentive. I don’t know the building manager personally, but I’ve heard lots of praise for him. The whole team deserves congratulations. I have only good things to say.

The main draw is the location, with everything close by. The manager does a good job, and the front desk team is highly capable and active about security. The cleaning staff haven’t let me down in the four years I’ve lived here. It’s a decent condo, though the children’s area is tiny, so it seems more suited to adults. Back apartments get strong afternoon sun and become very hot, though the property has central hookups for installing central air conditioning. A lot of apartments are rented through Airbnb, which makes me feel a bit less secure as a permanent resident.

It’s a modern condo in a new building, in a quiet neighborhood near the beach and Passarela do Caranguejo. Schools, bakeries, restaurants, and very good salons are all nearby, so the area has plenty of amenities. The staff stand out for being especially polite and helpful. A great option if you want comfort, convenience, and a good quality of life.
