Such a cozy, pleasant place. The attendants were wonderful, especially Andréa, who was so friendly.

The room was clean, with a bathroom inside and two beds. But I’m really unhappy with how the hotel handled the charge. I checked in at 21:42 after being told the R$80 rate was for 24 hours, so I understood that’s what I was paying for. At noon the next day, the person in charge said my stay had expired and charged me for another day, even though I’d been there less than 24 hours. If I’d checked in at midnight, I’d have paid for 24 hours and gotten only 12. That feels more than unfair, almost like extortion. The bed is a large single, and the shower is freezing. Nobody has come to clean the room since I arrived. On top of that, management requires guests to leave their room key if they go out. I’m so frustrated. I’d rather pay a bit more for comfort and convenience, because this arrangement just doesn’t work.

The power went out three times, and the air conditioning was awful. This place was horrible, even a motel would be better!
