The lobby was fine, and customer service was friendly, but the rooms felt more like a 2 or 2.5 star place than a 3 star hotel. They’re outdated and the beds are old. The fan barely worked. The toilet seat was foam and wouldn’t stay up, so I ended up peeing on it and wiping it each time. Even the elevator smelled.

Breakfast was okay and predictable: fruit, bread, omelet, ham, cheese, plus some "cuscus" and sweet potatoes for people avoiding gluten or lactose. The room itself was clean but sparse, with just a bed, fridge, and concrete table, and the bathroom could use an update. Parking now costs R$20,00 per day per car.

The pão de queijo at breakfast was the best part. Otherwise, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It didn’t look like the website photos, the beds were too small, and the bathroom seemed old. The bath towels were so tiny you had to choose what to dry with them.

The pool area was great, but the rest felt closer to a one-and-a-half-star place. The rooms were poor, old-looking, cold, and badly maintained. Breakfast was poor except for the great papaya, and dinner was very limited with food that wasn’t very appealing. Go somewhere else.
