The staff were excellent, the food was great, and the location was good. The pool was decent, too.

I booked just one day before leaving and paid by Pix. A family accident meant we couldn't go, but I wasn't refunded.

The noise around the pool finally stopped after 9 p.m., but during the day people played loud music and there were several speaker battles. Red dirt got everywhere, covering the tent and car and making a mess of everything. We camped in our rooftop tent for three days. The bathrooms were very dirty, some toilets were clogged, the showers ran cold, and only one of the three days had toilet paper. Then a storm hit on day two and the campsite lost its water, which was a disaster. They charge electricity separately. When we went to settle the bill, they asked for 150 reais for one day. I was horrified, since even our household bill at home isn't that much for 30 days. After we talked with the receptionist, she agreed it was impossible we'd used that much while charging two phones and a portable fridge. Still, we were charged 10 reais per day whether we used electricity or not. I don't recommend it.
