My stay at this inn was awful. For two rooms, WELLINGTON BATISTA SILVA FERREIRA asked me to deposit half the cost in advance, which I did. When we arrived on 07/01/2015, the young man at reception demanded payment for all four nights, so I paid, and regretted it. The room was poorly cleaned, the bath towels hadn’t been washed properly, and at 8 a.m. on the first morning the coffee was cold and even the basics were missing. I asked for the money back for the three nights we hadn’t used. Wellington said on the phone he’d return it the next day, but seven days went by and nothing arrived. They also gave me neither an invoice for the night I stayed nor a receipt.

I wouldn’t recommend this place even as a last resort. The water in what they call a pool was green enough to breed frogs, and all three rooms they showed us smelled bad and had mold. The receptionist showed us one room that was bearable for a single night, but any longer would have been miserable because of the smell and lack of care. We paid and went to the beach. When we came back, a poorly dressed man who wasn’t prepared to speak with us said there’d been a mistake and our room had been switched to one that was unfit to stay in. They refused to give our money back, so I took legal action and got the refund and moral damages.

I’ve never stayed at a worse inn. I paid in advance, then found out how terrible the service was. The furniture was broken, and there’s no breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend it even for free.
