This is my second time staying here, and now it's my favorite hotel in Alphaville. Good location, feels safe, and the service is nice.

The Wi-Fi was hard to connect to, and I couldn't stream films or use a TV app. The shower could use some improvement too, the water jet was weak.

There was no heat anywhere in the building, so if your room is freezing, you just have to put up with it. The rooms are old and the bathrooms have water damage. The location is good, but the owners need to maintain the building. I won't stay here again.

6/10
For what I paid, the place was shockingly disappointing, especially compared with the photos online. The staff are friendly, but don't seem to know their jobs well. The restaurant was advertised as opening at 7 pm, yet at 6:50 pm it was still dark and locked, so we ate next door. The hotel feels worn out and needs a renovation. It took four tries to flush the toilet, the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the shower drained more slowly than the water came down, leaving black gunk in the puddle. The sauna took 90 minutes to reach 45 degrees and, like the pool, is dilapidated. The TV wouldn't run apps such as Netflix or Disney. The reviews I read before booking were truly misleading.

The hotel is getting old, and the fitness area feels very dated. The comfort room was better. The barman is really nice, and his mojitos are perfect!
