The 20th floor was the highlight for me: a restaurant with a beautiful panoramic view and excellent sushi, plus a games area with pool and poker, a laundry, and a terrace with another great view of Alphaville. I really recommend staying here, especially if you're a content creator. So far, the value for money seems better than other options in the area. The building's amenities are a big draw. On the 12th floor, the coworking space is great for filming content or holding individual or group meetings. The 11th floor has a well-equipped gym, a beautiful pool, and a sauna that's great for relaxing and taking photos. The pool isn't heated, despite what the listing says, and the water can be very cold on cool days in São Paulo. At the entrance, the modern architecture and sophisticated contrasts make an impression. The reception is efficient, whether using the digital token or checking in in person, and the team were very attentive on every shift. Studio 607 was spotless and welcoming, with a comfortable bed and a Smart TV with Netflix. The view over the condominiums and green area is a welcome break from the city. The kitchen has basic utensils, a microwave, and a coffee maker. A couple of things need attention in the studio: the air conditioning had trouble turning on and off, and its control simply didn't work. I also think two more pillows should be available. The main pool doesn't have the heating stated in the listing.

They stole my sneakers, worth $12,000, and nobody is doing anything! I'm pursuing my rights. They wouldn't let me speak with the manager or go up to the room, and they did nothing. The daily rate was $680, and still nothing was done.

It's in a good location and the apartment was okay, but forget about getting help if you need it. I asked to check in early or rent another space, making clear from the start that I was fine with paying. They wouldn't allow it and said it was “better to just wait” because there might be another guest if I booked another space. So if you arrive early for any reason, you could be left out on the street. They refuse to let you in even if you're willing to pay. Worse, they don't know whether someone is in the apartment when they're arranging a rental, so be careful about strangers getting access during your stay. Terrible. I don't recommend it.

I booked an apartment through Airbnb and liked the place. The first apartment my family and I were sent to had no power because someone had switched it off by mistake. I arrived tired from travelling, with no lights and a dog barking nonstop next door. They gave us another apartment, but it had one double bed and a very hard sofa bed that couldn't sleep two people, even though there were four of us. After that, they provided two bedrooms. The service was exceptional, and I recommend it.
