The breakfast was okay, and the woman serving it was very attentive. Beyond that, my stay at Primme Hotel in April was a letdown, and the photos were nothing like the actual place. The hotel needs serious maintenance and a deeper clean. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again. The welcome area looked like a five-star hotel at first, but that impression didn’t last. It was hot and dark when I arrived at 2 p.m., with no lights on and no air conditioning, just a fan pointed at the employees. Some staff also seemed unwilling to help. The room was reasonably clean, but the wardrobe was falling apart and the whole place was in poor shape. There was greasy buildup in the shower stall, and the shower itself was awkwardly positioned and uncomfortable to use. The Wi-Fi barely worked, not even well enough for WhatsApp. There was a lot of loud talking early in the morning, which disturbed our rest. I couldn’t tell whether the men talking were employees. The air conditioner was weak even set to 16, running constantly and only feeling a little better at bedtime.

The reception looked organized when I checked in, but the photos on Booking made the place seem far better than it was. Once I got to the room, it was a nightmare. The beds were awful, the shower gave electric shocks, and the shower stall was so tiny that one person could barely fit. The facilities were in terrible shape, and reaching the rooms meant crossing a loose wooden bridge. There was also an unbearable mold smell. I couldn’t last even 30 minutes, so I canceled the booking and asked for a refund. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

The room and facilities fell well short of expectations. The pillowcases had visible stains, the wardrobe wasn’t suited to the number of guests, the lock had problems, and the outlets didn’t work properly. The bathroom cleaning was poor, especially on the shower glass, and there wasn’t even a basic floor cloth. The food was low quality, the space felt cramped, and the gym was very hot because its climate control didn’t provide enough ventilation. There was no accessibility, which made the experience worse. The check-in and room arrangements were disorganized from the start. During the stay, we lost power three times and had no water on the first day, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The whole stay was frustrating, and many things need urgent improvement.
