Terra Sergipe Praia Hotel

The location is good, but my experience at this inn wasn't great. There was never water in the bathroom in the morning, and when it came on, it only trickled. They only tidied the room when I asked. Breakfast was disappointing, and the staff weren't welcoming. I don't recommend it.

The staff were attentive, but the facilities left a lot to be desired, at least in the ground-floor rooms where we stayed. There's no intercom and no food, and the minibar doesn't even have a soda, just bottled water for sale at reception. The room itself is okay, but you can hear people talking in the hallway as if they're inside it.

The bathroom had no ventilation, and the shower was clogged. There's no drinking water filter available. Breakfast was typical for the area. The receptionist seemed inexperienced: we arrived alongside other people, and after they left, we were still waiting for service.

I spent three days here over the Carnaval holiday, and everything was great. The air conditioning was nice and cold, the bed really comfortable, breakfast delicious, and service excellent. I'm already thinking about coming back. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, cozy place to truly relax.
