The place is fairly cheap, so you do get what you pay for, but the condition seems to have slipped. The photos on booking sites date from when it was first built, around 6-8 years ago, and not much seems to have been done to maintain it. I stayed in a mediocre apartment in 2023 and a bad one in 2020. Each unit has a different owner, so experiences vary a lot depending on how well that person looks after their apartment. You might get a good one or a poor one. In the apartments I've seen, the furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The couches were disgusting, while the beds were alright but nothing special. There weren't kitchen appliances for making a hot meal in the apartments I stayed in, and the stove wouldn't get hot enough to boil water. The shared sun loungers were uncomfortable and in bad shape. The pool water wasn't clean, and the cleaning pumps weren't running.
