Pousada Cine Flat

The staff were excellent, especially the two women who helped me. They were attentive and quick to assist. The room had a comfortable bed, a huge TV with lots of channels, a full kitchen with all the equipment working properly, and an incredible sea view. The air conditioner was a bit weak for the room, but when I asked, they promptly brought a fan to help cool it down. The location is convenient for Broadway and the beach, and there’s enclosed parking since street parking isn’t allowed. I’ll definitely return.

The reception and cleaning staff were very kind, and Cineflat is very well located. The flats have basic kitchen utensils for preparing food, though they could be better cared for. The towels and bedding were good quality. The only issue was that the mattresses need replacing. Still, it was a pleasant, peaceful stay.

When I arrived, the room I’d reserved and already paid for wasn’t available. They wanted to put me in another pousada far from the center, which I refused. In the end, they put me in a room with no window. The shower was so low it almost hit my head at 1.75 m, and if I were 5 cm taller I couldn’t have stood under it. It was awful. I felt like I was in a prison.

We had a really good stay. The room looked out over the sea, and the service was friendly. The only small issue was the shower giving little electric shocks. I'd recommend it.
