The windows let in too much light through the blinds, and I struggled to rest. Checkout at 10 a.m. was inconvenient, and staff wouldn't adjust the time when we asked. I was also questioned when leaving, then asked to confirm my identity when I came back, which made me uncomfortable. The room itself wasn't in an acceptable state. There were visible marks on the floor, and the towels were stained. For the cleanliness and service guests pay for, that shouldn't happen. I hope management addresses these issues for future guests.

The hot water never got warmer than room temperature, despite being advertised. The place was dirty, the Wi-Fi was weak, and the bed only had one thin sheet. I complained to the front desk about the connection more than twice and got no help. They should reimburse me for the data I had to use. If all you need is somewhere to sleep, this might do, but keep your expectations very low.

The complex is close to the beach, and many of its apartments are listed through third-party sites such as Vrbo. The Wi-Fi throughout the property is very poor. Be cautious with host Sylvia (+55 61 98323 6101). She may advertise a lovely unit near the pool, gym, and beach access, then give you a completely different room.

It's close to the beach, which is a plus, and the staff were nice. The hotel itself isn't bad, but the signs had typos that made it pretty clear nobody there speaks English. Our towels and blankets smelled really bad for some reason, and they still weren't replaced when the room was cleaned.

The air conditioner worked well, and breakfast was okay. The location is great, but the hotel feels very old and needs some urgent renovations. The room furniture is a problem too.
