Spazzio PONTA NEGRA - APT 1302

A nice condo with two-bedroom apartments and a really pleasant, beautiful view.

I moved into apartment 903 four months ago, and there have been so many problems I can’t remember them all. When it rains, a lot of water comes in through the window, and the lock is poor. The microwave causes power outages, the shower has issues, there are lots of ants and spiders, the door has termites, and the refrigerator builds up ice, which feels very outdated. I’ve never even seen the owner. They don’t care, and whenever I try to get something fixed, they say it’s my problem. The real estate agent is just as bad. The contract says everything is our responsibility, and that’s that. I wouldn’t recommend renting here; it’s stressful. The building also has problems, including scorpions, bicycle theft, leaks onto cars, and a digital front desk with several security flaws. What makes the stay worthwhile is Natal. It’s a wonderful city and we’re loving it, but we’d enjoy it a lot more without the apartment issues. Update: some problems in the apartment and building have been fixed, but I’d still rather live somewhere else.

Bhá! Staying at Spazio in Ponta Negra, Natal RN, was fantastic. The building is super clean, with a 24-hour front desk, impressive monitoring system, garage, pool, and elevator. The cleaning staff were highly qualified, and the people staying in the apartments treated us as if they’d known us for ages. We should be back soon.

The view was amazing, and everything was immaculate. Great service too, an excellent place all around!
