Aguia Flats

Everything was splendid. We loved the accommodation and its location, close to everything, including a pharmacy, several restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. There’s covered indoor parking too. Everyone on the team treated us so well, especially the Manager. This has become our second home when we’re in Natal, and we’ll definitely be back.

The staff are highly skilled and attentive, and the manager is always helpful and thoughtful. 💯

The location is great, and you can get around on foot. The rooms are larger than average for the city, with a handy kitchen area, and the team is very attentive. Fábio especially stands out for being proactive and caring. I hope the place can recover and get back to how it used to be, because the quality has slipped since it closed for a while. It needs some maintenance: the sink drains were clogged, showerheads were partly blocked so little water came through, some spots need paint, and a few things had rusted from the sea air.

The room was clean, smelled lovely, and had good equipment. The location is also very convenient, near Mangai, good restaurants, and the food truck area. The inn has a decent setup, but my stay was still awful. I was there over the weekend for a Sunday exam, and Saturday was noisy all day, from both guests and the staff. We drew the first room on the first floor, so we heard all the movement. The sensor lights also came on at night when people walked by. I had high hopes after the Booking reviews and ended up disappointed. The pool is tiny, and the parking is limited, though the cleaning was great.
