The bathroom was clean, and the breakfast staff were attentive, but the room I had was very different from the photos. There was no minibar or TV, the WiFi didn't work, and the bathroom had neither soap nor a shower enclosure. Breakfast had very few options, just the usual bread with cheese and ham. The keys for the gate and room were difficult to use and almost broke. Be careful about which room you get. The photos on Booking and Google look nice, but the reality was very different. This was a really bad pousada.

The reception was awful. When we arrived, they said the parking was full and told us to leave the car on the street. The employees were rude and mocking, and even the manager didn't try to sort things out. We got our reservation money back and stayed somewhere else.
