Everyone on staff was friendly, especially Ms Vitória, the restaurant attendant.

8/10
The staff are really kind and helpful, and the area is one of the best in the city, with malls, all kinds of stores and a park nearby. The room is nice, but the air conditioning only cools when it’s set to maximum. The shower, with its Ibis "in-the-middle-of-the-box" setup, feels odd. Breakfast could use vegan options.

Breakfast was superb, the hotel was very clean, and the price seemed reasonable. I had great, efficient service and hope to stay at Ibis Maringa again on my next road trip with my family.

The location is great, and booking through Ibis’s own app was cheaper than the other hotel booking apps. The daily rate is affordable, but the rooms are very small and parking is expensive even for hotel guests. I’d be reluctant to stay here again.

Muffato supermarket is close by, and the location is nice.
