Great!

The surrounding nature is lovely, but the place itself was a disaster. The beds were so uncomfortable that we had to bring our own pillows and bedding. There weren't any wardrobes or even hooks for clothes, so everything had to stay in our suitcases. The air conditioning cooled the room, but leaked water straight onto the floor. The toilets barely worked and needed at least 6-7 flushes. The showers were rusty and heavily coated in limescale, which felt completely unhygienic. A lot of the children's playground was out of order because it hadn't been maintained. The pools were filthy and only got cleaned after we asked. One water slide was completely out of service, and the other couldn't be used because a water pipe was broken. The lack of upkeep and care for guests' comfort is shocking. Think it over, maybe five times, before booking. I'd give it negative stars if I could.

The animals and facilities were always well cared for, and the staff were committed and friendly. There's a lovely close connection with nature here, and the food was really good. They have ostriches, turkeys, peacocks, chickens, ponies, dogs, cats, and the sweetest tame rabbits. One concern was the neighborhood street running between the recreation and pool area and the bedrooms, with no clear boundary. We felt uneasy about the kids and didn't let them play freely. The septic tanks also need attention.
