We left unhappy with the whole experience. We had been promised a well-ventilated room and were even sent a photo, but our room faced a roof and was hot with no airflow. The air-conditioning remote didn't work, and when I told the staff member who helped us on March 1, 2025, the issue wasn't fixed. The bathroom's handheld bidet was faulty too. Breakfast was poor, and even though the stated hours were 7 to 10 a.m., nothing was replenished by 9. My family and I came away dissatisfied. A very bad experience.
