The structure and location at Pousada da Orla are still good, but the current service no longer matches the standard it used to have. It's disappointing to see that change, especially when I used to like and trust the place. I've stayed there twice before and always received warm, courteous service. It made a real difference, which is why I returned and recommended the pousada to others, including my family and parents. They also stayed there twice on my recommendation. When I recently tried to book again, though, the service felt very different. The replies were cold and not very polite, with no flexibility, even though I'm a longtime, loyal guest. It feels like taking care of customers is no longer a priority.
