Foavi Hotel

On the second day, we were left without hot water for two days. The TV had stopped working on day one, and although they said they'd fix it, it still wasn't working when I left. At 7:30 in the morning there was already nothing left for breakfast. When I asked about it and complained at reception, the guy was sarcastic. A terrible stay. I don't recommend it.

I stayed for just one day. The phone service was excellent, and the reception staff were professional and friendly when I arrived. In the room, though, a light bulb was burned out, there was no hot water in the bathroom, and no blanket was available. Breakfast didn't start at the scheduled time either. Items came out gradually, so guests had to eat what was already there and missed the chance to enjoy the wider selection later. With these details addressed, the stay could be much more satisfying.

The shower tap in the bathroom was broken, there was no hot water, and water was leaking all over the bathroom from somewhere I couldn't figure out. The air conditioning didn't work, and I couldn't even find the Wi-Fi network. Breakfast starts at 7:00, but before 7:15 there were no cups or juice, and several other items were missing. The young guys handling the complaints were the ones who had to listen, since the people managing and organizing the hotel never seemed to show up. The hotel's condition is awful.

The one good thing was the cleaning lady, who was kind. Internet was useless, most of the service was terrible except for one employee, and it seemed like the hotel was hiding food for eighteen days. The rooms had no outlets, the air conditioning didn't work, there was no hot water, and the TV was just decoration.
